Lesa Melvin

Vice President, Client Experience

Lesa is originally from western NY state and has been with CV since 2011. She has had a varied career and education starting with a Chemical Technology degree and working in an analytical lab, working for an international event planning company, and in multiple managerial and director roles at the former R.David Thomas Center at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Lesa’s focus at CV is on positive communications for internal and external clients, and getting things accomplished in a timely fashion. The Client Experience team is mentored by and reports to Lesa.

Lesa is a proud US Air Force veteran. Her business travels and extended residences have included multiple locations in the US and UK. She still loves travel and new cultural experiences. Her current hobbies include “epic walks” every weekend.
