A great event solution starts with great strategy and great design. But then we need to translate all that fluffy stuff into reality. That’s where our Event Producers step in, answering the question, “How are we going to do that?” Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Lead Producer works with fellow employees and vendors to develop and deliver complete projects. Key accountabilities include serving as the primary client contact, keeping projects on scope/time/budget, initiating coordination of project details, managing external resources, as well as leading and mentoring colleagues. The Lead Producer manages the Producer Team.
The ideal teammate must have 8+ years’ experience in the live event production and special events industry, strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, and possess mastery of Microsoft Office Suite. Salary is based on experience.
