With arguably the coolest action hero surname on staff, Jess hails from Fenton, Michigan. As our bookkeeper, Jess keeps the numbers straight and helps with all things finance.

Jess has been in the industry for over 22 years, working in administration and finance. Each year provides her with opportunities to learn something new and proves that you are never really an expert at anything.  She embraces her uncanny ability to read people, as well as provide key insights for the inner workings of all things that help the company grow. For Jess, happiness is cooking for friends and family. Inspired by her family, Jess feels blessed to have a strong support system for all of her endeavors.  Her parents instilled a work ethic that has stuck, and her sons remind her to "try" and not take herself so seriously--and appreciate the small things, as time passes quickly.  Their faith in her makes Jess stronger!
